Refund policy
No General Returns or Exchanges. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, color preference, or any reason other than a defective item as described below.
Defective Items. If you receive an item that is defective, we want to make it right. To submit a claim, contact us at store@welcome.us within 30 days of the delivery date with: (1) your order number or other proof of purchase; (2) a description of the defect; and (3) clear photographs showing the defect. A member of our team will review your claim and respond.
Refund. If we confirm an item is defective, we will, at our discretion, provide a refund, which will be issued to the original payment method that was used. Please allow up to 10 business days after we approve your claim for the refund to be processed, and note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments. Issues relating to packages that are lost or delayed in transit, or damaged during shipping, are addressed in our Shipping Policy.
