Shipping policy

The following terms and conditions constitute the Shipping Policy for products ordered through our store.

Shipping to the United States

We ship to all 50 states, Washington, DC, U.S. P.O. Boxes up to eligible dimensions. Additional fees and longer transit times may apply to orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories.

Shipping and Handling Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times go into effect 2-3 business days after you place an order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Orders may be delivered by UPS or the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).

Order Tracking

A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Items

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Because some products are fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand or fulfillment providers, items in a single order may ship separately, in multiple packages, or from different locations, and may arrive at different times. Print-on-demand and made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you once we transfer the products to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at store@welcome.us within [30] days of delivery with your order number and photographs, and retain all packaging and the damaged items, as the carrier may require them to process a claim. We will work with you and the carrier in good faith to resolve the issue, but we are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit once title and risk of loss have passed.
